Technical Solution

IOTRouter provided the EG8200Mini edge gateway e the IoTRouter Cloud platform for Delong Steel.

1. EG8200Mini gateways are installed at key locations such as the sintering workshop, rolling production lines, and raw material warehouses. The gateway adopts industrial design and can work in a -40℃-85℃ harsh environment.

2. EG8200Mini can collect on-site PLC data via the Ethernet interface, and collect environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and CO/CO₂ gas via serial ports.

3. After filtering and preprocessing via the gateway, data is transmitted in MQTT format to the IoTRouter Cloud platform for further analysis.

Once all devices are connected to the IoTRouter Cloud platform, unified management is enabled. Users can view real-time device data, operating status, and warning information online. Preventive maintenance reduces downtime and extends equipment lifespan.
