On 24th April, the Chengdu International Industry Fair (CIIF) was opened in Chengdu West China International Expo City, and we attended this grand event as promised. This year’s Chengdu International Industry Fair is a three-day event with 600 exhibitors, with the theme of “Creating a New Industry, New Carbon Future” and an exhibition area of 60,000 square metres, attracting a number of leading companies in the industry to exhibit and provide a series of digital solutions and related products, showcasing everything from basic components to the overall intelligent manufacturing solutions, allowing visitors to experience the benefits of intelligence and digitisation. Visitors can experience the endless charm brought by intelligence and digitalisation.
Soon after the exhibition started, CHENGDU IOTROUTER INTEL CTRL booth gathered many visitors, who were highly interested in edge computing gateway and other products. This time, IOTROUTER displayed high-performance and high-reliability industrial data acquisition and integrated control products including EG series and ET series, and also released the annual heavyweight product Gateway de ecrã tátil HMI da série EV.

The assembly line has 4 modes: Mode 1, normal operation mode, at this time 3 lights are green; Mode 2, emergency stop mode, at this time 3 lights are red; Mode 3: emergency mode, at this time 3 lights of various colours flashing alternately; Mode 4, self-test mode, at this time 3 lights are yellow.
We see that the buttons and lights are one-to-one correspondence, press the control button on the box or click the button on the touch screen, can control the mode of the assembly line. On the left side of the screen, there are pie charts and bar graphs displayed, which can count the operation mode of the whole assembly line, and every time the button is pressed, it can count 1.

Simulação de aquisição de PLC de fábrica, utilizando Siemens S7200 e Mitsubishi FX-32M PLC, através da porta de rede EG2800mini para recolher dados, e os dados para fazer o processamento local, e, em seguida, exibidos no ecrã.
