Main feacture of the CNC gateway
First of all, this gateway is embedded Node-RED visual programming with some built-in processing for CNC. So it’s easy to get started, no need to reconfigure the system, no point tables, no authorization required!
Secondly, this new kind of edge computing gateway is designed for CNC equipment, supporting multiple network types such as Enthnet, Wifi, and 4G. So user can choose the right way to connect the network.
If optimal communication is desired, and the space can support easy cabling, then it is wise to choose Ethernet. If wiring is less convenient and the devices are at a good distance from each other with no obvious obstructions, then wifi is a good choice. If the devices are farther apart and there are obstructions in between, then 4G is the way to go for optimal communication.
Thirdly, this CNC acuisition gateway can support various mainstream CNC machina, such as SIEMENS, MELSEC, Mazak, Heidenhain, Haas, Knd, LNC, SYNTEC, Fanus, Brother, GSK, Fagor, and so on. Users no longer have to worry about capturing different brands of CNC equipments. This is important for the unified management of equipment and reduces system integration costs.
Fourthly, this CNC gateway is very stable. It can automatically reconnect in case of a bad network,and thanks to its timing database with caching capabilities, data and instructions are not lost during network fluctuations. Intelligently switches to backup to ensure that the device is always online.
